KODPLUS Bilişim ve Reklam Hizmetleri A.Ş. located at Adalet Neighbourhood, Şht. Polis Fethi Sekin Avenue, No: 6, Ventus Tower, Inner Door no:145, 35530 Bayraklı/İzmir (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as a data controller, processes your personal data within the scope described below in accordance with the KVK Law and relevant legislation.

a) Our Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for limited, measured, specific, clear and legitimate purposes in accordance with the principle of commitment to the purpose, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty. In addition, our Company takes the necessary care to keep the personal data it processes accurate and up-to-date. In this context, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes. In some of its activities, our company may require your express consent when processing your personal data. In the event that you refuse to receive commercial electronic messages or commercial electronic communication within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law article 5/2(ç), the company fulfills its legal obligations, your personal data can be stored for one year, unless there is a reason to keep it for longer periods from the date of rejection. If there is no other reason or legal reason, there is no legal storage period stipulated in any legislation, there is no international law or regulation, and the obligations arising from the contracts are eliminated, your personal data for which the purpose of processing is eliminated, is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
e) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
As a personal data owner, you have the following rights regarding your personal data in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law:

Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

Clarification Text on the Processing and Protection of This Personal Data (“Clarification Text”) KODPLUS Bilişim ve Reklam Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Kodplus), for you data owners, designed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Personal Data Protection Law”), in order to fulfill our obligation of disclosure within the scope of the protection of personal data. With this Clarification Text, the procedure to be followed by our company during the processing of your personal data and your rights and freedoms are explained.

1. Why and What Your Personal Data Is Used For ?

In this context; to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred, to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing , to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, to request that your personal data be corrected, deleted or destroyed, to notify the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to object to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
